The successful candidate will assist in overseeing finishing projects, ensuring that work is completed to the highest quality standards, within project timelines, and in compliance with all health and safety requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to further develop their supervisory skills while gaining valuable experience on commercial fit-out, shopfitting, and construction projects. Detail: Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate finishing teams on-site to ensure efficient project execution. Ensure all work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor daily site activities and provide progress updates to the Project Manager. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain workflow and productivity. Ensure finishing works are completed within project deadlines and budget requirements. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment at all times. Identify, report, and assist in resolving site-related issues promptly. Conduct quality inspections and ensure workmanship meets company and client expectations. Ensure compliance with company policies, site procedures, and health and safety regulations. Assist with project handovers and snag list completion. Minimum Requirements 2–3 years' experience in a finishing foreman, site supervisor, or similar role. Experience in shopfitting, construction, commercial fit-outs, or interior finishing projects will be advantageous. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
