Key Responsibilities / Hoofverantwoordelikhede

• Manage and oversee multi-storey concrete structures, including setting out and vertical controls for high-rise buildings.

• Ensure quality control throughout all construction phases.

• Apply comprehensive knowledge of all wet trades and general knowledge of specialist trades, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related services.

• Maintain effective communication and coordination with foremen, subcontractors, and the labour force.

• Manage projects from foundation stage through to key handover.

• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with the OHS Act and company safety standards.

• Coordinate plant and equipment requirements on-site.

• Compile short-term construction programmes to ensure projects remain on track according to the overall construction schedule.

• Bestuur en hou toesig oor multi-verdieping betonstrukture, insluitend uitsetting en vertikale beheer van hoë geboue.

• Verseker gehaltebeheer gedurende alle konstruksiefases.

• Pas omvattende kennis van alle nat ambagte toe, asook algemene kennis van spesialisambagte, insluitend elektriese, loodgieterswerk, HVAC en verwante dienste.

• Handhaaf effektiewe kommunikasie en koördinering met voormanne, subkontrakteurs en die arbeidsmag.

• Bestuur projekte vanaf die fondasie-fase tot en met sleuteloorhandiging.

• Monitor terreinveiligheid en verseker nakoming van die OHS-wet en maatskappy se veiligheidstandaarde.

• Koördineer aanleg- en toerustingvereistes op die terrein.

• Stel korttermyn konstruksieprogramme saam om te verseker dat projekte volgens die algehele konstruksieskedule op koers bly

Minimum Requirements / Minimum Vereistes

• Post-Matric industry qualifications, certificates, and NQF-related (building/construction) training will be advantageous

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role

• Must have experience in Multi Storey Concrete Structures, Setting out and Vertical Controls of High Rise Buildings and Quality Control

• Full knowledge of all wet trades

• General Knowledge on all Specialist Trades, Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC

• Good Communication Skills

• Must be able to take projects from foundation to Key handover

• Na-Matriek industrie-kwalifikasies, sertifikate en NQF-verwante (bou/konstruksie) opleiding sal ’n voordeel wees.

• Minimum 3 jaar ervaring in ’n soortgelyke rol.

• Moet ervaring hê in multi-verdieping betonstrukture, uitsetting en vertikale beheer van hoë geboue, asook gehaltebeheer.

• Volledige kennis van alle nat ambagte.

• Algemene kennis van alle spesialisambagte, elektriese, loodgieterswerk en HVAC.

• Goeie kommunikasievaardighede.

• Moet in staat wees om projekte vanaf fondasie tot sleuteloorhandiging te bestuur.
