Immediate position available for a Junior Finishing Foreman supervising site works across multiple areas.
About Our Client
The company is involved in construction projects. It works on multi-storey concrete structures and high-rise buildings across sites in Braamfontein, Sunninghill, and the Pretoria Menlyn area.
The Role: Junior Finishing Foreman
The role exists to supervise structural and finishing works on-site, coordinate on-site labor and subcontractors, ensure quality workmanship, maintain project timelines, and monitor safety and compliance.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Supervise structural and finishing works on-site.
Coordinate subcontractors and labour teams.
Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
Monitor safety and compliance on-site.
Use setting out and vertical controls knowledge to support site works.
Oversee wet trades and coordinate with specialist trades including Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC.
Desired Experience & Qualification
About You
Have experience in multi-storey concrete structures and high-rise buildings.
Have knowledge of setting out and vertical controls.
Have full knowledge of wet trades.
Have a general understanding of specialist trades including Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC.
Possess strong communication skills.
Be fluent in English and Afrikaans.
Have your own vehicle to get to various sites in Braamfontein, Sunninghill, and Pretoria Menlyn Area.
Speak additional ethnic languages (advantageous).
