Our client based in the Cape Town Southern Suburbs in the Constantia area requires your deadline driven attitude to add value in a junior accounts payable role, cross referencing invoices, reviewing supplier supplier accounts and managing reconciliations. XERO Accounting experience and Intermediate EXCEL essential, bilingual in English and Afrikaans. Detail: REQUIREMENTS Matric, or relevant qualification Two years experience wiht proven experience Proficiency in Xero accounting software Experience in managing spreadsheets with Intermediate level Excel Strong time-management, accuracy and organisational abilities Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines Basic financial reporting knowledge DUTIES Fully dedicated accounts payable role (junior level) Receive and capture all incoming AP invoices Cross-reference invoices with operations before processing Review supplier accounts and reconcile against statements and payments Liaise with suppliers to resolve billing queries and disputes Ensure no duplicate payments Verify every bill against actuals Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
