Looking for a candidate with a good attitude towards their work: Technically capable, dependable, hardworking and willing to go the extra mile when required. Reliability and conduct are very important. Detail: Technical experience required: Two years OA technical experience Strong Canon experience is our main requirement. HP knowledge would be advantageous. Basic experience with Konica Minolta, Olivetti and Riso would be a bonus. Good fault-finding and diagnostic ability. Copier and MFP Repairs, servicing, installation and trouble shooting Preventative Maintenance Think out of the box* to resolve problems Able to work independently in the field and manage service calls responsibly. Good customer service and communication skills. The successful Field-service Technician will have the use of a company vehicle during working hours; so the following is a pre-requisite Experienced Driver Safety on the roads Reliable attendance and fit for duty Consistently punctual Having a responsible attitude towards alcohol and other substances Availability – always contactable Work requirements: High standard of work performance Good Time Management Good Customer Relations and customer service Good Communication skills Well-presented and Spoken Additional requirements: Must have valid driver's license Matric and industry related certificate show more...
