The successful candidate will support the F&I department in guiding customers through the vehicle finance and insurance process, while ensuring that all documentation, compliance requirements and dealership procedures are accurately followed. Detail: Description: Assist the F&I Manager with vehicle finance and insurance processes. Prepare and process customer finance applications. Submit finance applications to relevant financial institutions. Liaise with banks and financial institutions regarding applications and approvals. Gather and verify all required customer documentation. Assist with preparing quotations and F&I documentation. Explain available finance, insurance and value-added products to customers. Assist customers with understanding finance agreements and related documentation. Ensure all F&I documentation is completed accurately and timeously. Maintain accurate records of finance applications and supporting documents. Follow up on outstanding documentation and finance approvals. Assist with vehicle deliveries and ensure all F&I requirements are completed. Requirements: Previous F&I Assistant / Junior F&I experience. Experience with vehicle finance applications. Dealership experience. Knowledge of vehicle finance and insurance products. Experience dealing with banks and financial institutions. Knowledge of dealership F&I processes and documentation. Experience with dealership DMS systems. RE5 qualification or progress towards the qualification. FAIS-related regulatory knowledge. Class of Business and/or relevant F&I training. The successful candidate will receive structured training and mentorship in order to develop into a full F&I Consultant.
