Role: My Client is looking for a Farm Manager for a single farm of approximately 100 hectares of citrus in the Sundays River Valley.
Duties & Responsibilities
Focus: Production and day-to-day management of one specific farm.
Profile: My Client is looking for a junior candidate whom they can shape and develop within the company. Formal experience is less important than very high levels of commitment, proactivity, and hands-on attitude.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Ideal background: a degree in Agronomy (or equivalent agricultural qualification), with some initial exposure to citrus production and to leading general farm workers.
Location: Sundays River Valley, Eastern Cape.
