- As a Junior ERP Implementation Consultant, you will support the implementation of the Deltek Maconomy ERP solution for clients across various professional services industries.
- Working closely with senior consultants, you will assist with analysing business requirements, configuring the system, preparing documentation, testing solutions, training users, and supporting clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities & Deliverables
Solution Implementation
- Support ERP implementation projects from planning through to successful go-live.
- Assist with business process analysis and requirements gathering workshops.
- Configure Maconomy ERP modules under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Perform solution testing and assist with quality assurance activities.
- Prepare implementation documentation, user guides and training material.
- Support data imports, validations and system configuration activities.
Client Engagement
- Participate in client meetings and implementation workshops.
- Assist with end-user and super-user training sessions.
- Build strong working relationships with clients through professional communication and service delivery.
- Support consultants in ensuring client expectations are met throughout each project.
Go-Live & Support
- Assist during system go-live activities and post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot functional system issues and work with senior consultants to resolve them.
- Document support requests and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and maintained throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Management or a related field.
- 1–2 years' experience in ERP systems, software implementation, finance systems, business analysis or application support.
- Exposure to accounting principles, financial processes or project accounting will be advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Exposure to ERP systems such as Maconomy, or similar, advantageous
- Experience with SQL, reporting tools or data analysis, advantageous
- Experience using AI tools e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, advantageous
