- The Junior Engineer will support the Contracts Engineer and broader engineering team in delivering projects from start to finish.
- This is an entry-level development role, offering hands-on exposure to project engineering, technical documentation, site work, and quality control. You will gain practical experience in boilers, burners, installations, and commissioning, while developing into a more senior engineering role over time.
Key Requirements
- BTech / National Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering
- BSc / BEng advantageous
- 0–2 years' experience entry-level candidates welcome
- Strong MS Office skills
- Exposure to CAD/drawing software advantageous
- Basic knowledge of project tools MS Projects advantageous
- Valid driver's licence and own transport
Key Responsibilities Contract & Project Support Core Focus
- Assist with project coordination, engineering tasks, and contract administration
- Draft and update technical drawings layouts, P&IDs
- Maintain project documentation, files, and data packs
- Support quality control, compliance checks, and reporting
- Assist with logistics of equipment, materials, and project requirements
Field Service Support
- Work alongside technicians to gain exposure to installations, commissioning, and maintenance
- Assist with site reports, SOPs, and job documentation
- Support preparation of job packs and field service schedules
- Collect and consolidate site data and technical feedback
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and project documentation
- Assist with department coordination and internal communication
- Support procurement, finance, and reporting processes
