• Bachelors degree or relevant qualification in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics or a related field. • 12 years experience in data analysis, business intelligence, data science or a related analytical environment. • Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and emerging AI technologies . • Experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. • Exposure to SQL and/or database querying is advantageous. • Exposure to Power BI, Tableau or other data visualisation tools is advantageous. • Basic understanding of statistical analysis, data modelling and data visualisation. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Good attention to detail and ability to identify trends and anomalies in data. • Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong research skills and an interest in emerging technology and AI trends. • A proactive, curious and solutions-oriented approach to working with data. • South African market and business environment knowledge will be advantageous. • Must be comfortable working with large datasets and learning new analytical and AI tools.
