They are seeking an exceptional Junior Credit Analyst to join their high-performing Credit Team.

Duties & Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Analyse complex financial and credit data to support informed credit decisions.

• Assess customer financial information, including income statements and balance sheets.

• Identify trends, anomalies, potential fraud risks and financial concerns.

• Support and contribute to intelligent credit assessment processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve systems and processes.

• Deliver accurate, insightful analysis within a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Desired Experience & Qualification

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years' experience in Credit Analysis, Management Consulting, Auditing or a similarly analytical environment.

• A tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUPs, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables and What-If Analysis.

• Strong financial acumen and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify patterns, trends and risk indicators.

• Intellectual curiosity, commercial awareness and a passion for supporting South Africa's SME sector.
