Are you a sharp, meticulous administrative professional who thrives in a dynamic environment? An established, reputable business is seeking a highly organized Administrator to take ownership of company secretarial compliance, statutory reporting, and seamless daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory & Statutory Compliance: Accurately manage and submit statutory returns for SARS, COIDA, and UIF. Handle CIPC compliance (Annual Returns and Beneficial Ownership declarations), company deregistrations, NPO registrations, and DOCFOX FICA record-keeping.
- Office Management: Oversee daily office functionality, ensuring telephone coverage, managing inventory and consumables, and maintaining a professional, client-ready environment.
- Document Control: Maintain rigorous weekly filing systems to keep all compliance and operational documentation structured and up to date.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
- Experience: Prior experience in corporate administration, CIPC processes, or statutory compliance is strongly preferred.
- Key Strengths: Outstanding attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and top-tier organizational skills.
- Core Competencies: Clear communication, the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced setting, and the self-motivation to work both independently and collaboratively.
