- A civil engineering practice based in Paarl is looking to appoint a Junior Civil Engineer to join its team.
- This is an excellent opportunity for a young civil engineer who is looking to grow their technical experience within a professional and established office environment.
Minimum Requirements
- BEng / BSc Civil Engineering or relevant Civil Engineering qualification.
- 1–3 years' relevant experience preferred.
- Practical experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D .
- Good understanding of civil engineering principles and design.
- Strong technical and analytical ability.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a professional team environment.
- Afrikaans-speaking .
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with civil engineering design and project work.
- Prepare and develop technical drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D .
- Assist senior engineers with project deliverables and technical documentation.
- Participate in the preparation of engineering designs and drawings.
- Assist with site-related requirements and project coordination where required.
- Ensure drawings and technical work are accurate and completed within project deadlines.
- Work collaboratively with engineers, technicians, and other project team members.
- Develop technical knowledge and gain further exposure across civil engineering projects.
