Junior Civil Engineer

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or BEng/BTech Degree in Civil Engineering. • Recently graduated or fresh out of university. • No previous work experience required. • Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles and design practices. • Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D will be advantageous. • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and organisational abilities. • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and develop professionally. • Valid driver's licence will be advantageous. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the design and development of civil engineering projects. • Prepare and update engineering drawings, layouts, and technical documentation. • Assist with the design of roads, stormwater systems, water and sewer infrastructure, and earthworks. • Conduct site inspections and assist with monitoring project progress. • Assist with measurements, calculations, technical assessments, and reports. • Liaise with engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders. • Ensure that designs and project documentation comply with relevant engineering standards and specifications. • Support senior engineers with project planning, coordination, and problem-solving. • Gain practical experience in engineering design, project execution, and site supervision.
