Our client designs cutting-edge training programs and courses for high-profile global clients, including startups, corporate organisations and government entities.
Their client base includes organisations such as MTN and the UK Ministry of Defence.
The business operates in a fully remote, global and AI-forward environment, using emerging AI tools to support productivity, research, communication and workflow improvement.
THE ROLE: JUNIOR CHIEF OF STAFF
The Junior Chief of Staff will act as the right hand and primary "integrator" to the Director, bringing operational discipline, maintaining project momentum, streamlining information flow and ensuring leadership priorities translate into completed execution.
The role will convert strategic plans into tangible outcomes through project coordination, dashboard management, cross-functional initiatives and the elimination of operational bottlenecks.
The Junior Chief of Staff will also act as an AI catalyst, using tools including Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot to automate repetitive workflows, improve research and internal communication, and drive organisational productivity.
The opportunity is suitable for either a high-potential new graduate looking to gain comprehensive business and operations experience or an experienced, exceptionally organised professional who excels at bringing order to complexity.
