Start free — we apply for you →A multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is seeking a Junior CAD Technician to support the design and documentation of diverse, often non-standard civil and structural engineering projects.
The successful candidate will produce accurate technical drawings and three-dimensional models in accordance with established engineering standards, project requirements and drawing procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Senior Certificate (Matric).
- Relevant NQF Level 56 qualification in CAD, draughting or a related discipline.
Experience and Technical Requirements
- Zero to four years relevant experience in civil or structural engineering.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D.
- Revit experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Understanding of technical drawings and engineering documentation.
- Ability to interpret engineering information and translate it into accurate drawings and models.
