Kick‑start your retail career with Mambos! We’re looking for a Junior Buying & Replenishment Coordinator to support our Buying Team.
Are you passionate about retail, numbers, and problem‑solving?
This entry‑level role is perfect for someone with strong Excel skills , analytical thinking, and a keen eye for detail. You’ll support the team with replenishment, supplier coordination, and reporting—helping us keep shelves stocked and customers happy.
We’re not just looking for admin support. We want someone curious, commercially minded, and ready to grow.
Duties & Responsibilities
What you’ll do
- Monitor stock levels and sales trends to ensure timely replenishment
- Generate replenishment orders and track supplier deliveries
- Maintain accurate product and supplier data in ERP systems
- Analyse sales, inventory, and promotional performance reports
- Highlight risks (stock‑outs, overstock, aged stock) and recommend corrective actions
- Support Buyers with purchase orders, supplier follow‑ups, and admin tasks
- Build relationships with suppliers and liaise with Stores and Supply Chain
What success looks like (KPIs)
- Stock availability consistently above target
- Replenishment accuracy and reduced stock‑outs
- Purchase order accuracy and timely processing
- Data integrity in product and supplier records
- Reporting accuracy and actionable insights delivered on time
- Supplier performance monitoring and quick resolution of queries
- Continuous improvement through Excel, ERP, and AI tools
Desired Experience & Qualification
What we’re looking for
- Diploma/Degree in Retail, Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in retail admin, replenishment, or supply chain (graduates welcome)
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Interest in retail technology and AI tools
