- Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement and administrative expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You'll work alongside supportive and detail-oriented teammates.
- You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business Buyers, Supply Chain, Finance, and Project teams, provide administrative support for procurement activities, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- You'll specifically take care of purchase order administration and supplier follow-up, but also assist with RFQ preparation and procurement reporting.
We'll look to you for
- Supporting Buyers with purchase requisition and purchase order administration
- Maintaining procurement records, supplier information, and supporting documentation
- Assisting with RFQ preparation, quotation follow-up, and price comparisons
- Following up on order acknowledgements, delivery updates, and invoice queries
- Ensuring procurement administration aligns with Alstom's processes and ethical standards
- Providing administrative assistance during tender, sourcing, and contract preparation activities

- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain or Procurement
- Experience in sourcing about 2 years
- Understanding of contract management and legal awareness
- Exposure to ERP systems and intermediate MS Office skills
- Familiarity with procurement processes and supplier communication
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and demonstrate a results-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills and a team spirit
