I NTRODUCTION
The Junior Business Analyst will support the Plant IT/IS Support Specialist by assisting with SAP-related activities, business process support, reporting, and data analysis. This role will work closely with departments including Production, Logistics, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure effective use of business systems and accurate operational reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Business analysis & SAP support
- Support plant users with SAP-related queries and system-related issues.
- Assist in gathering and analysing business requirements.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Power BI and Excel.
- Extract, validate, and analyse data from SAP and other business systems.
- Support process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and system enhancements.
- Create and maintain process documentation and user guides.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
- Assist with reporting automation and data quality improvement initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement
- Work with functional teams to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process optimisation.
- Support lean manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives through data-driven analysis.
- Contribute to digital transformation projects and data governance activities.
- Assist in driving user adoption and optimisation of SAP processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
Exposure to SAP.
- Strong Excel and Power BI skills.
- Basic SQL knowledge would be advantageous.
- Manufacturing or automotive industry experience would be beneficial.
