REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/ Degree in Information Systems/ Information Technology/ Business Analysis, preferably IIBA-aligned or equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, report writing, ERP support (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), and workflow methodology
- Ability to support change management initiatives and user adoption
- Effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in working with senior management
- Computer literate with strong Office 365, MS, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central exposure
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support business operations through structured business analysis and high-quality business and statutory reporting
- Analyse business processes, gathering and transforming data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central into meaningful insights through Power BI
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across key business functions
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Assist in solution design aligned to Business Central capabilities
- Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support management decision-making
- Translate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central data into meaningful business insights
- Provide functional support to users and analyse system issues and enhancement requests
- Liaise with internal teams and external service providers
- Assist with ERP upgrades, module rollouts, and digital transformation initiatives
