- This role is primarily focused on fiduciary services, including trust and company registration and administration. While previous experience in trusts and company administration is advantageous, it is not a requirement. We are looking for a candidate who has a genuine interest in this area of law and is eager to develop their expertise.
Minimum requirements Advantageous
- LLB degree essential.
- Admitted Attorney.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Interest in fiduciary law, trusts, and company administration.
- Professional and reliable.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to
- Assisting with trust registration and administration.
- Assisting with company registration and administration.
- Managing and maintaining client records and documentation.
- Providing strong administrative support.
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and legal documentation.
- Liaising with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
