Partner 1: Junior Assistant Manager / Field Guide Requirements

• Qualified Field Guide .
• Relevant guiding qualification.
• DEAT/EDTEA registration, where applicable.
• Valid driver's licence.
• PDP advantageous/required where applicable.
• First Aid qualification advantageous.
• Previous guiding experience preferred.
• Passion for wildlife, conservation and hospitality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and professional personality.
• Willingness to learn and develop into a management role.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Comfortable working and living in a remote lodge environment.

Partner 2: Junior Assistant Manager / Reservations & Administration Requirements

• Previous experience in reservations, administration, front office or hospitality .
• Previous lodge/safari experience advantageous.
• Computer literate.
• Knowledge of reservations systems advantageous.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Professional and friendly approach.
• Strong customer-service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
• Valid driver's licence advantageous.
• Comfortable working and living in a remote lodge environment.

Couple Requirements Both candidates must:

• Be a professional, mature and presentable couple . • Have a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service . • Be hands-on and willing to assist across the lodge. • Work well as a team while maintaining professional conduct. • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Be flexible with working hours and operational requirements. • Be willing to learn and grow within the business. • Be comfortable working in a remote/bush environment. • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude. • Be able to work independently as well as under the guidance of senior management. Ideal Candidate Combination Candidate 1: Qualified Field Guide with a passion for guest experiences and wildlife. Candidate 2: Reservations/Administration candidate with strong organisational and guest-service skills.
