- Supporting root-cause analysis of recurring breakdowns and contributing to equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Testing safety devices, interlocks and equipment following maintenance or repairs before returning equipment to service.
- Applying the required isolation, lock-out and SHE procedures when performing maintenance activities.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance work, breakdowns, repairs, inspections and equipment history.
- Supporting the effective management and availability of critical maintenance spares and tools.
- Providing technical support to Operations and working collaboratively with production teams to minimise equipment downtime.
- Supporting OEMs, contractors and other technical service providers where required.
- Maintaining good housekeeping and ensuring tools, equipment and work areas are kept safe and orderly.
