Junior Administrator File Preparation | Financial Services

Location: Johannesburg | Full-Time

We are seeking a Junior Administrator to join our dynamic financial services team. The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with strong administrative skills and the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain client files for new business and reviews.
  • Ensure documentation is complete, accurate and compliant.
  • Prepare files within the required 48-hour turnaround time.
  • Maintain registers, trackers and accurate filing systems.
  • Assist with quotations, comparisons and Medprac administration.
  • Follow up on outstanding documentation and requirements.
  • Support Brokers, Compliance and Administration teams.
  • Identify and escalate gaps or delays promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accurate client records.

Key Requirements

  • 23 years' administrative experience.
  • Financial services, insurance or investment experience advantageous.
  • Strong MS Office and Excel skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and follow-up abilities.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Reliable, accountable and proactive.
  • Compliance knowledge (FAIS, FICA, POPIA) advantageous.
  • Strong reporting skills
