Location: Johannesburg | Full-Time
We are seeking a Junior Administrator to join our dynamic financial services team. The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with strong administrative skills and the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain client files for new business and reviews.
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate and compliant.
- Prepare files within the required 48-hour turnaround time.
- Maintain registers, trackers and accurate filing systems.
- Assist with quotations, comparisons and Medprac administration.
- Follow up on outstanding documentation and requirements.
- Support Brokers, Compliance and Administration teams.
- Identify and escalate gaps or delays promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate client records.
Key Requirements
- 23 years' administrative experience.
- Financial services, insurance or investment experience advantageous.
- Strong MS Office and Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Reliable, accountable and proactive.
- Compliance knowledge (FAIS, FICA, POPIA) advantageous.
- Strong reporting skills
