Detail: Key Performance Areas: Financial Statements Accounting processing and financial reporting VAT Management Income Tax submissions and Tax Administration Training and mentorship Competencies and abilities Cognitive ability to learn and understand quickly Interpersonal skills: such as telephone skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer care Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly Self-motivated and able to work independently Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with team members and clients Proficient with general office applications Skill in preparing written communications and materials Problem solving skills essential Attention to Detail Able to work independently and with high accuracy levels Work Environment High activity levels with peak and low periods Manage multiple tasks simulations, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Minimal supervision and self-reliance are important (self-motivated) Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance Computer literate (Microsoft – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience in Caseware Essential Digital accounting systems experience (Xero) Experienced with digital communication systems, i.e. Teams, Zoom Good communication and time management skills show more...
