This is an ENTRY LEVEL position. Detail: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Pastel accounting experience Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience Packhouse experience will be an advantage Studying for a finance or Accountant degree or diploma will be advantageous KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Capture and process supplier invoices accurately in the accounting system Match purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices Reconcile supplier statements with creditor ledger balances Prepare payment batches and ensure timely supplier payments Liaise with suppliers to resolve queries and discrepancies Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Assist with month-end procedures, reconciliations, and reporting Capture and reconcile bank transactions, petty cash, and debit card expenses Maintain finance and compliance documentation and filing Assist with internal and external audits Perform creditor age analysis, cash book reconciliation, and reporting on Pastel ONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted show more...
