Job Description
Your duties will encompass
- Manage a high volume of customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Plan, schedule, and manage technical service teams
- Maintain and grow strong client relationships
- Ensure all client communication, service feedback, and reporting is done timeously
- Conduct regular customer site visits
- Drive and achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to increase service and maintenance sales
- Handle customer invoicing and follow-ups
- Proactively resolve client issues and ensure service excellence
Qualifications
- Grade 12 qualification
- Degree in Sales or related qualification
