Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal | Office-based with travel
Amakosi Consulting Services is a Durban-based consulting firm seeking a well-spoken Client Liaison Consultant to engage prospective clients, their guardians and adult parents , and to book consultations that help them access the consulting support they need.
Key responsibilities
Contact isiZulu-speaking clients, guardians and adult beneficiaries telephonically
Deliver our approved pitch clearly and confidently to secure scheduled meetings
Follow up on leads, confirm appointments and maintain accurate records
General administration, correspondence and reporting
Travel to clients, schools and community engagements, including trips requiring overnight stays
Requirements
Fully bilingual: fluent spoken and written isiZulu and English (non-negotiable)
Excellent telephone manner; well-spoken, confident and persuasive
Strong reading and writing ability; comfortable working from a script
Computer literate (email, MS Word, Excel, basic data capturing)
Proven general administration experience
Mature, professional and able to build trust with parents, guardians and community members
Resident in Durban or immediate surrounding areas, with reliable transport to our Durban office
Willing and available to travel and stay overnight when required, including at short notice
Preference will be given to candidates in line with our Employment Equity plan
