Responsibility: You will be responsible for:
Manage the full cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience Coldcalling Servicing existing clients Sourcing new clients Sourcing suitable candidates and matching to clients’ specs Interviewing Reference checking Communicating with candidates and clients Education: Matric Minimum of 1 - 2 years recruitment experience Computer Literate in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills Excellent communication in English & Afrikaans - both written and verbal Have the ability to work independently Have minimal experience with the full recruitment function Have good networking skills Have excellent people skills Target Driven & Passionate
What to expect?
The role can be challenging, but also exciting as the profession is fast-paced, target driven and demanding. Work is office based but time is also spent outside the office, meeting with clients and interviewing candidates.
Basic + high commission + incentives on offer. There is no desk fee for this position.
