- We are looking for a hands-on, organised and naturally hospitable all-rounder who understands the art of personalised service and takes pride in anticipating guest needs.
The Role Working closely with the House Management and Concierge teams, you will assist with:
- Personalised guest service from pre-arrival to departure
- Arrivals, departures, luggage and special requests
- Guest transfers, chauffeur services, restaurant reservations and experiences
- Curating bespoke guest experiences and thoughtful touches
- Maintaining guest profiles, itineraries and reservations on Opera
- Cross-departmental coordination with F&B, Housekeeping, Spa, Culinary and Front Office
- Property readiness, guest-area checks and daily operational support
- Handovers, briefings, checklists and administrative systems
- Supporting the House Manager and Duty Manager with light operational oversight

- Sophisticated, composed and naturally hospitable
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident engaging with international guests
- Proactive, discreet and service-driven
- Knowledgeable about Cape Town's dining, cultural and leisure offering
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across departments
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within a 5-star or luxury environment
- Formal Hospitality qualification preferred
- Strong administrative and computer skills
- Opera, POS, Word, Excel & Outlook experience
