General Manager — [[Salary Range] R45-R55k
Are you the person who makes things actually happen? We're looking for a General Manager to be the operational right hand to our Directors — owning client management, finance oversight and cross-team delivery so the business runs without the founders in every room.
What you'll own
- Client relationships at commercial level — negotiations, renewals, pricing, expansions
- Department performance and retention (NRR) across client-facing teams
- Finance oversight alongside our Finance Manager — reporting, process, delivery
- Cross-department coordination, especially bridging business needs with the dev team
- Turning Director strategy into real operational plans with owners and deadlines
- Driving the automation roadmap from idea to shipped
You'll thrive here if you
- Have led teams or departments with real commercial accountability (not just admin oversight)
- Are comfortable negotiating deals and making pricing calls
- Can coordinate with technical teams without needing to be technical
- Push things to completion — you report results, not reasons
- Want a senior seat with room to shape how the business scales
What this isn't: a pure client service role, a technical/product role, or a seat where someone else chases the follow-through for you.
Full-time. Reports directly to the Directors.
