You will be required to lead and manage the full product life cycle. This role drives category growth by managing product performance, lifecycle development, market insights, pricing and promotions, supplier relationships, and cross-functional projects from concept to launch. Detail: Minimum Requirements Grade 12 Suitable and relevant tertiary qualification More than 1 year experience in marketing, project management or managing a brand Experience managing from concept to commercialization Comfortable working with various suppliers and manufacturers Willing to do store visits and travel for trade shows Valid drivers license Duties and Responsibilities: Take ownership of the overall performance and profitability of assigned product categories. Develop and implement category strategies to drive sales, profitability and market growth. Manage the full product lifecycle, from market research and product development through to product launch. Analyse sales, market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making. Develop pricing, promotional and product positioning strategies to maximise category performance. Support the Sales team with category insights, product training and marketing material. Work closely with marketing to execute marketing campaigns, trade shows and digital initiatives to build brand awareness and drive sales. Lead cross-functional projects by collaborating with Operations, Production, Sales, Purchasing, Finance and Graphics.
