Key Responsibilities

Technical Delivery

Lead the design, development, and delivery of modern web and mobile applications.
Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, architecture, estimation, development, testing, and deployment.
Drive engineering excellence through clean code, code reviews, testing, and continuous integration practices.
Promote DevOps principles, including containerisation, automation, and continuous delivery.
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve products and development processes.
Ensure the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.

Team Leadership

Provide technical leadership and direction to development teams.
Mentor, coach, and support team members in their professional and technical development.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Conduct regular one-on-one sessions, performance reviews, and development discussions.
Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and development processes.
Empower team members to achieve their full potential while maintaining delivery excellence.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Manage customer expectations and ensure successful project outcomes.
Identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation.
Ensure compliance with security standards, governance requirements, and industry best practices.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years' experience as a Software Engineer within an enterprise environment.
Previous experience leading software delivery teams and coordinating cross-functional efforts.
Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop technical talent.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, architecture, and best practices.
Experience designing and structuring software solutions within enterprise environments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong customer-facing and relationship management abilities.
Ability to adapt to a variety of technologies, tools, and development environments.
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, attending the office approximately 2-3 days per week.
