We are looking for an experienced JavaScript Software Engineer to join a collaborative and innovative technology team. This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale web and mobile applications, solve complex business challenges, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality software solutions using modern development practices and technologies. The ideal candidate is passionate about software engineering, modern JavaScript frameworks, clean code, and continuous improvement. Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Software Delivery

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web and mobile applications.

• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, analysis, architecture, development, testing, and deployment.

• Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.

• Contribute to DevOps initiatives, including containerisation, automation, and continuous integration.

• Research and implement emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve development processes.

• Ensure software quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.

Collaboration & Teamwork

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

• Share knowledge and mentor fellow developers where appropriate.

• Contribute to technical discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and understand business requirements.

• Translate customer needs into effective technical solutions.

• Manage expectations and contribute to successful project outcomes.

• Ensure adherence to data security standards and industry best practices.

• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer experience.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 6 years' experience as a Software Engineer in an enterprise environment.

• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and development best practices.

• Experience designing and structuring software solutions within enterprise environments.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Ability to adapt to various technologies, frameworks, and development environments.

• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, attending the office approximately 2-3 days per week.
