Key Responsibilities

Software Delivery

Design, develop, and maintain modern web and mobile applications.
Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, analysis, architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
Contribute to DevOps initiatives, including containerisation, automation, and continuous integration.
Research and implement emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve development processes.
Ensure software quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.

Collaboration & Teamwork

Work closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Share knowledge and mentor fellow developers where appropriate.
Contribute to technical discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong relationships with stakeholders and understand business requirements.
Translate customer needs into effective technical solutions.
Manage expectations and contribute to successful project outcomes.
Ensure adherence to data security standards and industry best practices.
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer experience.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years' experience as a Software Engineer in an enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and development best practices.
Experience designing and structuring software solutions within enterprise environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong customer-facing and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Ability to adapt to various technologies, frameworks, and development environments.
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, attending the office approximately 2-3 days per week.
