Java Developer Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

Job Experience and Skills Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of software engineering experience within enterprise environments.
• Experience leading development teams and delivering complex software solutions.
• Proven experience mentoring and coaching developers.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful products.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Exposure to Agile software delivery environments.
• JavaScript development.
• Angular, React, and Vue.js.
• Express and NextJS frameworks.
• Front-end architecture and modern web development practices.
• NPM package management.
• Webpack, Grunt, and Gulp build tools.
• API integration and web services.
• Software design patterns and architecture principles.
