Key Responsibilities

Software Delivery

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web and mobile applications.

• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, estimation, development, testing, and deployment.

• Develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performing software solutions.

• Drive software quality through best practices, testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.

• Explore and implement emerging technologies to enhance products and development processes.

• Contribute to DevOps initiatives through automation, containerisation, and continuous delivery practices.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Demonstrate technical leadership and professionalism within the development team.

• Mentor and support junior developers and peers.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

• Champion process improvements and contribute to team growth and success.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and understand business requirements.

• Deliver solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives.

• Manage expectations and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with security standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 6 years' experience as a Software Engineer within an enterprise environment.

• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and development best practices.

• Proven experience designing and structuring software solutions within enterprise environments.

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Ability to adapt to various technology environments and frameworks.

• Customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.

• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with office attendance required 2-3 days per week.
