Key Responsibilities

Software Delivery

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web and mobile applications.
Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, estimation, development, testing, and deployment.
Develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performing software solutions.
Drive software quality through best practices, testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.
Explore and implement emerging technologies to enhance products and development processes.
Contribute to DevOps initiatives through automation, containerisation, and continuous delivery practices.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

Demonstrate technical leadership and professionalism within the development team.
Mentor and support junior developers and peers.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Champion process improvements and contribute to team growth and success.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong relationships with stakeholders and understand business requirements.
Deliver solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives.
Manage expectations and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with security standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years' experience as a Software Engineer within an enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and development best practices.
Proven experience designing and structuring software solutions within enterprise environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to adapt to various technology environments and frameworks.
Customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with office attendance required 2-3 days per week.
