Start free — we apply for you →- Our client is in need an ITSM Administrator who genuinely enjoys the puzzle of turning messy operational requirements into clean, scalable workflows. You'll own the ITSM platform end-to-end – configuring, automating, integrating, and reporting on it – while partnering with Service Desk, Infrastructure, and Change Management to make service delivery actually work the way it's supposed to
Key Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on ITSM administration ServiceNow, HaloITSM, or similar
- Strong ITIL v4 knowledge across Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Asset Management
- Experience building workflow automation, approvals, and business rules
- Proven integration experience using REST APIs, OAuth2, and/or webhooks
- Strong reporting and analytics skills – you turn data into decisions
- Understanding of RBAC, security controls, and data governance
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: ServiceNow CSA/CAD, scripting skills, CMDB experience, M365/Azure AD integration exposure
