Detail: Key Responsibilities Provide remote and on-site technical support. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues. Manage helpdesk tickets and resolve user incidents. Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems. Support Active Directory, Group Policy, firewalls, antivirus, and email security. Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, servers, and VoIP systems. Perform data backups and system maintenance. Set up new users, devices, and applications. Maintain IT asset registers and documentation. Requirements Experience in IT support and troubleshooting. Knowledge of Active Directory, networking, and Microsoft environments. Experience with LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VoIP, and server support. Familiarity with UniFi products and CCTV systems advantageous. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
