Job description

  • Safeline Pharmaceuticals is offering a 12-month Learnership opportunity for a candidate interested in developing practical skills in Information Technology: Systems Support.
  • The programme will provide exposure to the software and applications environment within a pharmaceutical organisation, with a focus on building practical workplace experience and supporting the candidate's development in IT systems support.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support and gain practical exposure to software applications and systems used within the organisation.
  • Assist with application-related tasks and activities under the guidance of the relevant team.
  • Develop practical experience in systems support, with a focus on the software element of IT rather than hardware.
  • Assist with identifying and resolving basic application-related issues.
  • Gain exposure to working with business applications within a professional environment.
  • Apply learnership knowledge in a practical workplace setting.

Requirements

  • Matric.
  • Highest qualification in IT.
  • Interest in Information Technology, Systems Support and software applications.
  • Previous experience working with applications is preferable.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
