  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide remote and on-site IT support across Microsoft 365, Office applications, Windows, and core line-of-business software
  • Triage, manage, and resolve helpdesk tickets within agreed SLAs, keeping users informed throughout
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals for new and existing users
  • Administer user accounts, mailboxes, groups, licences, and permissions in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory / Entra ID
  • Perform software installations, upgrades, patches, and OS deployments

  • Provide second-line server support under the guidance of senior team members
  • Manage IT stock, asset registers, and the IT storeroom — including stock takes and inventory accuracy
  • Source and process hardware and software quotations from approved suppliers
  • Maintain accurate documentation for IT procedures, configurations, and user-facing knowledge base articles
  • Support the IT team on broader projects, rollouts, and infrastructure initiatives as required
