• Matric essential • A+ and N+ certifications preferred • Relevant IT Diploma advantageous Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in IT Support or Systems Administration • Strong desktop and hardware support experience • Microsoft 365 administration experience • Windows Server administration exposure • Understanding of backup and restore processes • Valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicle • Experience with ticketing and asset management systems KPAs:
• Provide day to day desktop, hardware, and software support • Manage Microsoft 365 accounts and user administration • Assist with server deployments and production releases • Monitor backups and perform restores when required • Support internal applications and troubleshoot outages • Maintain IT asset registers and technical documentation • Coordinate with suppliers and data centre providers Apply now!
