Detail: Responsibilities: Provide IT and systems support across the business Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, including: Creating and managing complex workbooks Advanced formulas and functions Data linking, formatting, validation, and reporting Work confidently across all Microsoft Office packages Full working knowledge and support of Pastel Partner Assist the Admin Department with general administrative tasks when required Troubleshoot software and user issues efficiently Requirements IT Degree (essential) Minimum of 3 years’ proven IT experience Excel knowledge and experience must be 10/10 (Non-negotiable) Proven experience with Pastel Partner (Essential) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and support others when needed High level of accuracy and attention to detail Must be willing and able to travel to other company depots as and when required Must be available for call-out after-hours and provide IT support in urgent situations Must have a valid driver’s licence Due to the high volume of applications received, only suitable candidates who meet the criteria of this vacancy will be contacted. show more...
