An Agritalent client, a leading agribusiness, seeks an IT Security Specialist to be responsible for providing extensive IT security and related services and support.
Duties & Responsibilities
Duties of the position
- Security Infrastructure Implementation and Management
- Incident Response and Threat Mitigation
- Vulnerability Management and Risk Assessments
- Governance, Risk and Compliance
- Generate Linux scripts to improve work processes.
- Maintain Access control to servers and systems.
- Assist with system integration with other platforms
- Document and maintain working procedures.
- Provide support to technical teams.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum requirements
- Grade 12 certificate ( or NQF 4 equivalent )
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT security.
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
- A+, N+, SECURITY+, Linux+
