Duties & Responsibilities

Technical Knowledge

• Basic understanding of IT products, software, hardware, cloud services, or networking.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Sales and negotiation potential.

• No prior work experience required (internship role).

• Previous sales, customer service, or campus leadership experience is advantageous.
