- Manage end-to-end software implementation projects.
- Drive project planning, scheduling, resource allocation and milestone tracking.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical, support and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT) and go-live readiness.
- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
- Provide regular project status updates and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure successful project closure, sign-off and transition to support teams.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or Project Management.
- 3-5+ years' experience managing software, IT, systems integration or technology implementation projects within a manufacturing, logistics, mining or warehousing environment.
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and software implementation lifecycles.
- Experience managing project documentation, scope, timelines, budgets and stakeholder expectations.
Advantageous
- PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum Master or similar certification.
- Experience within software services, ERP, manufacturing, warehouse management or technology consulting environments.
