IT Project Management Office Lead

Key Requirements

• IT or Business-related Honours degree.
• Minimum 5 years' programme management experience .
• Proven experience managing complex, large-scale IT programmes and portfolios .
• Strong understanding of IT project delivery methodologies and IT systems .
• PMP certification.
• Agile Practitioner certification.
• Demonstrable experience in portfolio prioritisation, programme governance, risk management and financial control.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive reporting capability.

Your profile should demonstrate

• Enterprise-level IT Portfolio Management experience. • Strong PMO governance and programme delivery capability. • Experience managing multiple projects, disciplines and stakeholders simultaneously. • Excellent commercial and business acumen . • Strong understanding of scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies and critical-path management . • The ability to operate confidently with senior executives and business leaders. • A results-driven approach with the ability to bring structure to complex environments. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for establishing, managing and executing the IT project portfolio in alignment with business-unit strategies, business plans and broader IT and Operational Technology (OT) strategy . The role requires someone who can see the bigger picture while maintaining control of the detail from portfolio prioritisation and investment decisions through to programme execution, risk management, financial governance and transition into operations.
