Duties & Responsibilities
Role Overview
Graduates will be involved in the full software development and implementation lifecycle, working directly with clients to understand their needs and configure tailored software solutions. From project scoping and design to testing, deployment, and support, they’ll contribute meaningfully to delivering high-impact business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design, configure, and implement custom software solutions.
- Participate in system testing (unit and end-to-end), deployment, and user training.
- Work across development, QA, and production environments.
- Contribute to technical designs and maintain solution documentation.
- Support and enhance solutions post-implementation.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities—both verbal and written.
- Highly organized with good time management and multitasking capabilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail, particularly when working with sensitive data.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- BSc or BEng degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering, with excellent academic results.
- A or B symbol in Mathematics at Matric level.
Package & Remuneration
R30 000 pm. Can go hybrid after training.
