• Enterprise networking and infrastructure operations • Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar) • Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and endpoint management • IT service delivery and end-user experience • Cybersecurity, governance, risk, and compliance • Incident management, business continuity, and disaster recovery • Vendor relationships, budgeting, and operational reporting • Team leadership, development, and performance Essential Skills & Responsibilities A proven IT leader with:
• Strong enterprise networking and firewall experience • Deep knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, and security operations • Experience leading technical teams and delivering results through others • A service-focused mindset and passion for improving user experience • Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance within regulated environments • The ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business leaders Advantageous
• DevOps and CI/CD environment experience • Infrastructure automation skills using tools such as PowerShell, Terraform, or Ansible • ITIL, ISO 27001, cloud, networking, or security certifications • Experience applying AI-powered tools and automation to improve operational efficiency What Success Looks Like Within the first year, the successful candidate will establish trusted operational reporting, strengthen security and resilience, improve service delivery performance, and build a highly effective operations function that enables the business to work faster, smarter, and more securely.
